Really agree with your tips! Having worked at Shopee for awhile, I realised also that cultural fit (including likability & confidence) is a huge part of the interview process because of the amount of collaboration and communication that's required each day! Especially because we're in such a fast-paced environment.

Hey Sophia, very well said. Indeed this industry is very fast paced and most roles require some sort of collaboration which means communication and interpersonal skills play a big factor.

I have been selected 2 times in a tech startup/unicorn, but I failed in a first stage and the second one is on English group, they said my English is not as fluent as they expected even tho everyone understand what I am talking about in that stage, but it's okay, the best teacher is experience
