How To Achieve better Nutrition For Bigger Deer

Hey Dave I want to know if I can mow a path in my corn field to steer the deer where i want them . Then plant crimson clover in that path. Will that be enough sunlight. I'm thinking like a winding 10foot wide path. Thanks.

Yes it wil be enough sun for sure. If it’s only like 10 feet that should be fine if it’s longer then that mature bucks tend to avoid it in some cases because once they get in it they can feel trapped and don’t like it.

Mow a path, it's the path of least resistance. Deer are lazy, whether it's through a thick briar patch or corn field, they will travel a path of least resistance. Good luck my bro.
