Hi there normally it hasn't registered the Sim card properly if rhe internet settings don't show. Restart the phone after reseating the Sim.. Also double check Data has been activated from your network provider. On occasion it can take a couple of minutes for internet settings to show. Good luck.

Hi there if you are starting the phone for the first time sometimes it takes a couple of minutes for the Internet settings to appear . I would shut down the phone. Double check the seating of the sim card. restart phone then connect to WiFi then wait a couple of minutes. The Internet settings option should appear between "mobile Networks" and "Network Settings Reset". Let me know if this works

I use Sony mobile from long time. Some operator automatically connect and I can use data. But maximum are not. No internet setting option in or between mobile network! How can I add this option? Any app or other way?

Hi unfortunately in your case you may need to go back to your carrier or contact your local Sony Xperia support team. I would do a full factory data reset of the phone first and see if that helps. Then check compatibility with the provider or if indeed there is an issue with your particular handset the Sony Xperia Support team would be your next point of contact.

Dave Buenvenida Hi my friend if you cannot switch mobile data on you may have airplane mode enabled. This can automatically turn off mobile data depending on network. Otherwise contact your local countries Xperia Support line. I hope this helps

Hi Josh you need WIFI initially to be able to download the network settings. This is due to to mobile network not being able to work until the settings have been updated. The activation doesn't work without WiFi connection.
