I’m going to go woowoo for a minute because I believe in this. We have disconnected ourselves from the earth, most shoes are rubber soled, we are insulated from the earth, so we aren’t grounded, the energy that makes us go is in a continuous loop so we are keeping all the energy is staying in us 24/7. Even in sleep most of us have mattresses made of synthetic materials, maybe the bed is wood, but nowadays the floor is likely synthetic rug or wood coated with synthetic paint or varnish, little to no grounding of our body there. My house has synthetic rug and linoleum throughout. My point is we need to connect to the earth to let the charge go back to earth, thereby reducing our charge to normal, making us healthier😀

I got sick years ago after prolonged chemical exposure in a laboratory and went to an environmental medicine doctor and then fell down the rabbit hole reading books and literature on this topic and root cause. I've believed for a long time, this is the cause of all these illnesses. You can even look at the equine community that now has so many crazy illnesses that horses never had 40 years ago. I always instinctively knew it was the glyphosate and other toxic pesticides and herbicides. Insanity squared! Even the levels of cancers in dogs and cats has gone up astronomically! I was a veterinary tech years ago and it was rare to see a cancer. I think in all my 8 years we saw one cancer case. Now it is SO much more prevalent, they even have Veterinary Oncologists! OMG Thanks so much, this gives me a lot of Hope. And makes me want to start growing my own food! I do shop as best I can local farmer's markets and organic when possible. I’m on a farm in northern Michigan surrounded by private forest and there are literally hundreds of mosquitoes making a hum that you can hear for miles. 4 years ago I said if I was god why would I conceive of making biting insects. Today I am wondering if biting insects play role in our health the same way as not putting on sunscreen because the sun hitting our skin is important. If mosquitoes evolved alongside us then they might just be a nuisance but if they were created to be beneficial in our microbiome then we should definitely avoid chemical mosquito repellents and do as Sami in Scandinavia on the first warm night of summer, sleep naked on the ground.

I think the answer for Humanity is to fix the soil, but for an individual right now we have to realize that our digestive system is the soil within us. I was able to fix my microbiome with Dr gundry's low lectin diet, 100%. But I did have to go dairy-free to get there. I am symptom free now and only have to do 80% of the diet. Gundry freely publishes his low lectin diet. Best to you.
