A walk, I was going to do with some friends, was cancelled today, as neither of my friends were available. I'm currently not working, but, I don't know why I feel the need to justify this, but for some reason I do...I'm far from last. I felt really tired...so, I decided to allow myself time to rest but wanted to feed my mind whilst doing so. I stumbled upon this video by Dr Zack. I haven't heard of him until now, but I listened to every single word. What an intelligent and fascinating guy. Thank you for that cancelled walk and to Dr Zack for opening up my mind....

Gosh, me too. In 2020 I started what I call a "food jungle" on a small plot of land. I'm in my late sixties and I feel amazing, I look back at all the skin rashes, aches and pains in my 20s and 30s, I think I feel better now! I feel so connected to all my plant babies, I let things go a lot and they seem to cohabitate, and then I left them flower, so the bees can have a party, and then they seed themselves for their next season. This year I'm letting go of the washing thing, and just eating stuff that I pick and maybe brushing it off with my hands before I eat it. 🌱🌻🍏🍊😄

Dr Zach Bush, Every second and in between the seconds we need people like you, that will help this sick population, including me, learn to come out of this worlds ways! I’ve been fighting a gut, liver and thyroid problem for 7 years, I’ve changed my diet numerous ways…been on supplements till I couldn’t take them anymore. I’ve been to medical doctors which was a mistake, not to say they aren’t good in emergencies. Then I tried a naturopath and they delivered me from a rash that was consuming me…put me on a lot of supplements for a time, but after that they still wanted me to stay on supplements but I declined. Now I’m going to a doctor that cured his thyroid problem, hoping he can do the same for me, now waiting for results on a hair and urine test! I’ve learned to walk barefoot in the yard at the beach! Learning about life and how it should be within and without us is a wonderful journey…God be willing…we will win this fight and help others of like mind before it’s too late!!! I’ve always loved going barefoot…Lol♥️ Thank you so much! I pray this is a burning desire for you and you continue this amazing work…for what you reap you sow! Health is our first wealth🤗

Have you heard of Jordan Peterson & his daughter's story on their diet? Pretty amazing! I've shifted to include meat & eggs on a daily basis. I've cured my heartburn & sensitive stomach issues by cutting way back on carbs & processed foods & seed oils, eating fermented foods & yogurt. Best of luck!

I find Dr. Bush to be one of the most brilliant minds of his generation. I have to say though that the word penultimate means second to last. It is not a synonym of ultimate. I am not trying to be petty, but when we have such an important message to share with humanity, our words matter.
@SteeleCoachingUnlimited5 ай бұрын
As you are correct but to put this into perspective for all who read this, while the word "penultimate" means "second to last" and is not a synonym for "ultimate," which means "last" or "final." The term "penultimate" specifically refers to the item that is just before the last one in a sequence. For example, consider the sequence of five numbers: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. In this sequence, the number 4 is the penultimate number, as it is the second to last. The number 5 is the ultimate, or last, number. I felt the way you wrote this up really put this penultimate far far away from ultimate, but it doesn't. It is literally only one away from the ultimate. 💚

This dude is SOOO fascinating, interesting and full of wisdom! So grateful for the work he's done & continues to do. I'm no expert and I've read some doubtful or negative comments here but I, for one, think this guy is amazing. He breaks it down so you get a good understanding of the damage that's going on in the agriculture world to our guts. It's pretty dismal & eye opening. And, while this isn't the first time I've heard this and I understand all of this, I wish he would talk about what foods/diet HE recommends since everything seems to be contaminated. I know he is a big proponent of growing your own food, however, not everyone can grow their own food in their backyard.

Always get a lot out of Zach’s views of the world and how we fit in. Especially important the agricultural view point. Constantly interfering with plants genomes in an unnatural way, the pictures of mass spraying of roundup and other chemicals like 2/4 D Dicamaba Neo Nics and many others, then consume it ourselves and feed it to our kids. The way Zach lays it out exposes the insanity of it all, and why we are sick on so many levels. Another excellent insight that makes so much sense.
