Use customization software then like wallpaper engine or if you don’t want to pay use lively wallpaper and start11 v2, if you don’t wanna pay for that either do the free trial, you don’t need to fully activate windows for personalisation.

This is fake . In regedit, if you change the value of start property, only the water mark will be disappeared for just temporary purpose . Next time when you start your machine, the water mark will definitely be resumed .
