There's also a vending machine with epic or legendary snipers at Reckless Railways, or you can get one by beating the Clara (I think that was her name) NPC in a duel, who can be found at The Cemetery, but don't land there because I land there

Or go to the gas station near Restored Reels, there’s a vending machine and it almost always gives you a sniper

Alright, some data to be precise. Lets say you land in a normal game, look 15 normal chests, search 50 floor loot and open a bunker (getting 3 epic chests+2 working benches). The probability of finding at least 1 sniper is around 72%. Now if you land lavish lair and get the guaranteed epic chests, the chance goes up to ~75%, if you get lucky in the chest draft and find an additional epic chest between the normal chests, it goes up to 78%. Opening the bunkers alone gives you a probability of 60% of finding a sniper
