Zero build player here, the shield was broken mostly because it took 500 DAMAGE TO STUN THEM and actually get damage, they’ve halved that to 250 so it’s much easier to just full focus someone who’s using the shield. They also made the lock on for the throw weaker which makes it slightly more skill based which is nice.

In Zero Build the turret is pretty good. Flying around with the shield out you’re really hard to hit so you’ll just play defensively while the turret does its job.

why even stop heal-offs? theyre fun and a valid strategy, theres no reason to keep on nerfing them, especially after the addition of storm sickness. Now there's skill in that you cannot be in the storm at all and have to rotate well and start heal-offs late, because of the 1000HP insta death

Personally, I would buff the invis medallion by letting you reload even when you’re invisible, since I usually accidentally cancel the reload by canceling. It’s a nice change, and doesn’t give downsides.

I personally love both pistols the ranger absolutely FRIES and in trios ranked what I play the most the monarch pistol is insane for those mid range opening fights as I can tag or knock a player while my teammates spray. I think this is one of the most balanced metas ever and I adore the loot pool.

I would actually say the flow berries are pretty slept on. 15 shield with a quick use time, on top of that you can get a lot of them and they don't cap at 50, not to mention the mobility they provide is pretty good and i would say if they spawned more they could be a good alternative to small pots.

Sure, it’s bad in someone’s box due to the dps being 168 with the gold, but the small reticule and low recoil made it very good at medium to long ranges. For automatic long range weapons last season, it was the tac, enforcer, or pistol, which are all amazing weapons because they’re balanced.

The combat assault rifle is mt favourite AR in the game because vertical recoil is VERY easy to counteract on a controller which is when I first learned this game on. Now on M&K, I'm still very good with it, but I won't go for long spans of firing because I wind up dragging my mouse of the desk.

13:08 I would make a few slight changes to the auto turret. I’m squads, it’s RIDICULOUS when you’re getting targeted by four auto turrets at the same time. Epic should change it so only one person can be targeted by an auto turret at once, that way you’re not getting shredded by an aim bot shoulder attachment. I had a squad with full jet packs and turrets chasing me from the sky, and there is genuinely no counter to four flying auto turrets.

Zero build was so cooked at the beginning of the season with shield, jetpack, and turret. Together all there of these made you hard to hit be able to throw the shield and block with it so the turret can attack but after the shield and jet pack got nerfed it was less op

I think in terms of guns you should either carry a striker/ combat AR, sovereign shotgun, or carry a striker burst, any shotgun, and dual SMG”s. Depends on how much you value having 2 or 3 extra slots.

Soo I didn't really like his choices because the gatekeeper takes some skill to use and not completely skill less. But, the major thing is that the Striker AR is way better than a striker burst AR. It has 260+ DPS. Like that has to be the strongest AR. With the drum mag attachments, it's basically an OP drum gun. So most of his choices are just very bad...

The shield needs a small nerf it needs a longer cool down between throws, when you are fighting in end game and 5 people are just throwing shields at you it’s super annoying and unmanageable to do anything against.

As a casual player who’s kinda sweaty like I’m pretty good at the game but I’m never really locking in that hard just tryna have fun with friends, in my sweatiest moments I’ve never once tried to pop med kids back to back, never played for a heal off that’s no fun lmao, the only reason I could think someone would want to pop them back to back in a casual setting is if they popped a medkit, got hit from far away, immediately crouched down to hit another one, maybe just set the delay until there’s no more circles so heal offs specifically are eliminated and no casual has the chance of their game happening to be ruined bc of one mechanic put it to stop dorks, I know it seems unlikely but millions of people play every day, it’s bound to be the reason someone loses a game at some point

Actually the emma frost medallion is stronger than it seems because in team modes it's cooldown of 50 seconds is per player not on the medallion itself so you can pass it to a teammate who hasn't used it any instantly get a scan lmao
