That’s what I do. Every day I do the things that bother me the most. Do I need to clean, organize, cook something, exercise? And then I just start doing stuff in a deliberate manner. When I get fed up with it I do something different. There’s always something that can be improved.

I also do that...every now and again i lapse...i dont mean to,but i end up getting to engrossed in social media or the news, especially the recent news(the kids being stabbed in england and just the negative stuff flying about)..but i put on one of jordans videos and he has this ability to set me straight...im putting myself on a news ban and light social media for the next month Back to things i dont want to do, its better for my mental health, I need to clean my room😅

When you give me answers to questions that weren’t even there to begin with. Your articulation of thoughts and feelings and meaning draws me in to learn more about who I am and what makes me function. It’s also helps me see the poor survival skills I’ve used my entire life that no longer serve me. Thank you for being such an amazing human being

I started to quit smoking a week ago. It is not easy and I get agitated. The habit of grabbing something is the worst of it tbh.

@@lukebottoms7982 I stock my fridge w baby carrots and celery sticks and single serving containers of hummus. When I feel like eating a snack instead of smoking I eat these. I also try to go for a walk twice a day. I grow a garden among other projects to keep me busy. I think a long commute initially got me smoking. That and bad influences that did not care about me at all! Good luck I believe you know what you have to do and will succeed!❤️🇺🇸

Without my addictions and suffering , all at my fault. I would have never become whom I am today. However, I am one of the lucky ones that made it. Each step daily is all based on my self worth. peace. Love n light. Keep teaching me 😅

Anytime I have seen a person struggling and tried to “help take things off their plate” it never works out except in the moment for them! And it was never ever returned. So better to let them either work it out or experience the consequences or understand it’s just a moment where you create a template for them to emulate never expecting love or concern or assistance in return or you will likely come to resent their inability to do the same.

How're you doing? Drug, smoke, alcohol and pornography can deeply affet the human mind and derail our dreams and goals. A warm regard from afar.
