Summary •CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY "You are not failing cuz u r lazy or demotivated, you are failing cuz you r not sticking with it" "YOU CAN'T EVEN AFFORD ONE SLIP UP" •BOREDOM IS THE FUEL don't think bout mindless distraction If u sit with that uncomfortable feeling, you'll automatically get smth productive done •SET HIGH STANDARDS Start expecting MORE from yourself. • TRUST THE PROCESS Your goal is worthwhile Figure out the thing that keeps u going When the work gets boring - u r making progress YOU ARE AIMING FOR SMTH BIGGER! TO GET THERE U NEED TO GIVE MORE EFFORT, MORE FOCUS

I got heartbroken last year. Ever since that day, my life fell apart. My image doesn’t match people’s expectations. My grades dropped rapidly. I’m having a really bad life now. This video made me realize that i shouldnt let the past hold me down anymore. Bury the past, let the flowers grow where i lay. If i don’t start now, I would regret it. Thank you

ive been working out for 4 months, i started with a friend, it was really awesome, we were working towards our goals, truly a redemption arc. but he was only trying because i was forcing him to continue, he eventually stopped, it was bad for me, didnt wanna do nun, got back up though, and im still going. now i was starting to get uproductive so i cut out social media, and my even closest friends online and with the irl ones only on school talking. so the boredom part really changed my perspective. thanks!

❤❤❤ Its all about being positive and consistent , and ambitiousl towards your goal , your destination , work, whatever
@saikithepsiioniic1358Ай бұрын
It's actually legit. I experienced all of these and they work so well. A small slip up is enough to get you going downhill, so really focus on not missing a day, on not scrolling even a tiny bit, on not distracting yourself for even a second. Sit with that boredom or go for a walk trying. Each time you have the urge then slap yourself and do pushups instead. DO NOT SLIP UP as that is addictive. Let your mind forget its' addiction to wasting time and make it feel bored enough that you'll start doing anything slightly worthwhile instead. It'll all go uphill from there. Having that one goal is also really helpful, "I want to be super smart and invent amazing shit" "I want to be the top boss" "I want to work at that extremely cool company" "I want to look so good the opposite gender would flood to me" "I want to change my life and get everyone's respect", or anything that your mind can get attached to. As long as it helps you being passionate from time to time then it works. And adding to that, dont think about the past, but live in the present. Just have fun with your life at the moment instead of thinking back to irrelevant moments. The present is the only thing that matters.

I wanna be good at drawing. At first, I watched a couple of videos on youtube and thought, why not try these out. after I was finished, the result was not worth it. I spent endless nights trying to figure out why am I not good? what am I doing wrong? Then it all came to me. I try something and I judge my work at the very first attempt of doing so. Being consistent is key ( just like he said it in the video) so if you feel like that your hardwork is not paying off, that's when you keep on trying. have a good day!

It's true i am a national boxing champion but i didn't work as much as others. 60% of my time is spend on boredom and thinking i just work and do small things consistently and boom miracle happens. i have more than anything i want. Consistency + boredom + determination = succes The best advice i can give you is focus on pogress and reputation Everyday put some work for your reputation and always be pogressive for reputation....

People underestimate the power of anime, and media in general it's not just for entertainment for eg when I was bad at my studies in school and only used to play RE4, re 4 gave me the motivation to do something big as I made lion my role model at that time now in college I was falling in the same trap of not being productive enough then I found Fullmetal alchemist (best anime) it again gave me the motivation to enjoy life and do something big.

This is for general information on learning and ya can read if ya interested and it will or maybe relate to this video, also procrastination in my own word is something like a task or work or school stuff you need to do, you don't do it, so ya search on the internet and KZbin etc...to find a magic pill or a sliver bullet. Homies ya need to work on self-regulation like mediation, but ya need to inhale to get ya belly big and working or inhale ventilation technique ya can search on yt, meditation is good for ya focus mate and mental problem. And time management suck suck! Why? Whenever I put up a task to do like cleaning the house, taking care of assignments. And ya feel like doing it tomorrow, ya lazy around some more and ya put more work on ya future self, next is the reverse goals setting Setting: Imagine you want to be A straight student( why are you gae? And not like him 😊), and question ya self. What is A's student do? Good habit, not eating fast food too much, not eating Doritos on the couch, etc...after ya think ya want to be that something, ya change bit by bit like your habits, be responsible, and more. About not wanting to do homework? Just set a small goal for ya self like open a text book, on ya desk, tell ya self your goal is to stand, then to set on the chair, after that you set another goal which is to hold a pencil or a pen, and ya see how it goes. Ya need to work on ya Boat(learning system) to overcome the challenge ranging from beginner to professional. To outwork someone who don't know how to learn? Hell yeah you can, it's just they have deep processing( making connection in their head, Something like comparing this concepts together and listing them in your own words like a category or chunk < there is research on chunking for using less word means ya not overwork or cook { let him be cook } > for category or chunk ya need to find to think really learning is complex really it takes time to learning< What is the different between learning and studying? Jim: OH I KNOW! Studying is a physical process to your memory and it takes effort and time like instead of partying with friends, visiting your love one etc... You study, and studying like role-memorization, re-reading out loud, re-writing over and over again. Sarah: And learning is the step after studying is you need to think more than usingyour time writing on a piece of paper, you can search on Google about it ( bloom's taxonomy ) as a structure which is 70-90 years-ish about bloom's taxonomy research until they kinda re-structure it. The point is I'm using this as a scaffold for teaching this to you. When you think you feel confuse if you're doing something wrong, because that's ok that just means you're learning. I told you learning is complex and it takes time. That is when you use the mind mapping, and I'm not talking about to use it as a technique more so as a tool in a raging your thought, because when your mind map is messy, that is also messy in your thought. > Me: ok thank you Jim and sarah. About the boat( learning system) to outshine everyone you need to imagine the challenge before you even doing the challenge For examples: you finish your medical school, you think to yourself, man I am at the pinnacle of the studying and learning. and you just entered the real world medical school center, things like answering a patient question it’s useless because they 10 minutes for you to answer question before something wrong about patient. And you fail. Finally, you might be thinking why am I doing this? Writing some long as* text. Because I can and I want to help some people or *you* in your own problem and I got ALL OF THIs information from this guy who has an education certificate and was a medical doctor ( channel name: Justin Sung. I know it sound Korea, because he is a Korea that move to United States and has a course which cost about 399$ for 1 month, and if you don't have that much money [ like me ] you can watch his video or Learning drops newsletter in his description which you don't need to pay [ hell yeah ] which he use 7 years of painstakingly, into this newsletter to give you a general idea what is going on? Ya know😊
