I was thinking about that, it's similar to ryu but it has a different raging demon than evil ryu. Can't be akuma because it has the shoryuken but i guess we can say it's kinda similar to Kage though, because the effect match SF6 better and the raging demon animation matches Kage's raging demon more.

Oh! It depends on what percent they’re at, from 0%-43% you can always down slam into another m1 combo, (though at higher percents past 35~ you may need to double jump m1). After 44% they get launched a good distance away, which can still be followed up, but it’s difficult.
