Everyone breaks their schedule sometimes; it can be kind of hard to stick to it, especially if you're like me, easily distracted by everything. These three methods really helped me improve and stick to my schedule. Of course, there are days when even though I've done all three, I can't stick to it 100% due to various reasons such as additional events, college commitments, or simple procrastination.
I want to make it clear that I am not a professional in productivity or something like that. I'm just a medical student who loves filmmaking and wants to inspire people by sharing what has worked for me and all the lessons I've learned through my journey.
And one piece of advice if you are just starting: do not compare yourself with people on social media.
