Even in those groups of people there are the ones that still do whatever they can and those who can't be bothered. I've seen old people overtake me while i was out jogging. there's a woman at my gym without legs, yet she still shows up every week to train.

Seems like you didn't listen to it then. It addresses those who have the ability to act but choose not to. It's also free content... The only thing I would say regarding the title is I wouldn't share this particular vid with friends or family I think could benefit from it as they would be triggered by the title...just like you were.
