True /for me I went through betrayal in a relationship my wife and I couldn't believe this and I was broken and david goggins opened my eyes and not only this made me see god did this because I wanted a family did not happen why because the other person did not want me 😢all makes sense now I was saved from even more pain and destruction to my heart that I got yet this pain changed my point on life I use it to change myself and progress my own self on my gym progress and life work to reach heights never thought I could obviously I haven't reached it yet but progress I am in and it's all because of the pain so I say thanks to God for the blessings I Got this way bo Matter how hard it felt in the start we all need a push some how 🤔 to reach our goals in life

A big part of any progress is taking responsibility for ourselves. Any person with any life experience knows that the best way to change things for the better is to change ourselves for the better. Aim to be the person that no matter what may happen, we'll be able to handle things. There’s meaning in facing adversity with courage and with staying true to ourselves along the way.

Blessings! The whole marketing of sunshine alike work on yourself poetry can make us losers. I’m in a war and there is no F sunshine here. David gives us mentality of a fighter. He is true poet.
