Believe me, life will always find the way to punish you for inaction. I know it from my own experience unfortunately. The longer you remain inactive, the more severe the punishment will be each time you are inactive, until you get it done. And sometimes the punishment can be really cruel, because life is a strict judge

The easiest way to be discipline is to tell yourself if you don't get it done, you will suffer the consequences later on.

Tony Robbin's uniquely connected self-improvement techniques with psychology. E.g. "think, feel and act" is "cognitive, affect & behavior" -- the psychological definition of attitude. A person's "mindset" is their "attitude." Study psychology at university and you will recognize the psychological aspects self-improvement. techniques. I began learning about self-improvement in the '70s while a university undergrad by reading books by Zig Ziglar, Earl Nightingale V, W. Clement Stone and Napolean Hill. After starting my career as an aerospace engineer I attended lectures by E. "Jim" Rohn. He was part of the new generation of self-improvement speakers. It was at a lecture by Jim I first met young Tony Robbins. He sold Jim's audio-tape series "Adventures in Achievement." Tony took self-improvement to a whole new level. (As I said -- he was able to connect modern psychology with self-improvement making techniques more effective.)
