Jeez this is so bs, this is not the right fascia. Making your feet “stronger” isnt going to make you any faster. If you want to get faster replicate the sports movements in the gym, sprint, lift the heavy weights, eat healthy, recover, add mobility. That’s it that’s working on your fascia not all this time wasting bs

We clarified that those beginner fascia exercises are to prevent injuries by restoring foot functionality, and teaching the body to apply fascial tension. Once one learns to apply fascial tension, they can advance to the other advanced exercises that require this. You can call bs yourself, thats fine, but don’t discourage others from trying it without the proper knowledge on it. our student results speak for themselves.
