How to Adapt a BIKE BELT to a chainsaw without damaging the chainsaw part!!!

In this video I will demonstrate how to create a part to adapt the bicycle pinion to the chainsaw without damaging the chainsaw part.
I've seen several videos showing how to put a bicycle pinion and even a motorcycle pinion on a chainsaw, but they were all soldered onto the clutch, making it unusable for use on a chainsaw, or they needed a support with bearings to fit it.
So that the belt does not fall off, it is essential that the made pinion fits firmly on the chainsaw and the measurements will also depend on the model of chainsaw that will be used.
It is worth remembering that this was just an experiment and that its practical use will still be put to the test, but the first tests were satisfactory.

No one has a lathe. Use a welder and a gear from the pedal set. Tac it on the clutch housing. If you need a spacer, use a socket. Get one that fits over the original gear but is thick enough to do the job. If you have to, you can cut the length of the socket down. No lathe needed. That gear is too thin. It will warp easy welding.
