HOW TO ADD A BACKGROUND PHOTO WHEN SHARING A REEL TO STORIES!! // INSTAGRAM HACK 2022

In this quick tutorial I'll show you 2 ways you can customize the background of an Instagram story when sharing a video feed post to your stories!
I'm using an iPad for this tutorial but it also works on iphone!

The icon may look different on your device but it's definitely there. It's an icon that will open your camera roll, so just try a few different options til you find it 🙏🏼

Update: There is a new feature where if you hold down on the background image and drag done you can arrange it to be behind the Reel. I just discovered in case it's helpful for anyone else :)

There’s a three finger trick that allows you to move a pic between the foreground and background but it’s a struggle to make it work consistently

You have other way using photoshop. You can crop a square on the image and save as png, then you can use that small square you made to bring up the reels on the stories
