The easiest way is to share your audio files on CC license-supported platforms: wiki.creativecommons.org/wiki/Publish/Audio Otherwise, you'll need to add metadata to the audio files: wiki.creativecommons.org/wiki/Embedded_Metadata

Yes, but you must follow the license terms. CC BY generally means free for any use with attribution, and everything else builds from there. CC0 means you can do so without attribution. You can still earn money on "copyright-free" videos, BUT NOT ALWAYS "royalty-free" videos. Royalty-free is a general consensus to use the work with the author's permission, although some limitations may occur.
