How To Add A Custom Domain To An AWS Amplify App With Route53

Today we're going to be setting our Amplify + Nuxt site up with a custom domain. We'll be attaching our production site to the base domain and our staging site up to a stage subdomain.

Really helpful, and still useful with a different AWS UI. I was using Route 53 for hosting, could be good to show how to host a domain on Route 53 and then make a hosted zone with it. That could be a good way to add less confusion with newer people or people like me who aren't experts

Not entirely true that the CNAME gets automatically added on route53. You have to add it manually.
