Hi @md.yeasinkaji01, The feedback button should appear on any pages of your blogger site when you embed the feedback code, as shown on this video. If you want to link the form into one of your menu buttons, I suggest that you embed the form using the lightbox embed code. Here's a guide for that: www.jotform.com/help/220-how-to-create-a-lightbox-form/. In the lightbox embed code, you can copy the class selector from the class attribute (lightbox-{formID}) of the anchor () tag and add it as a class into your existing button to open the lightbox form.
