So sorry about that! I noticed that Amazon stopped selling my brand which was Precision Imaging Products Transparency Film #10-110, but you can use any clear transparency film. Buy the cheapest you can or if you plan on printing on it then buy the one that works with your printer (either laser or inkjet).

What is the name of the thin double side sticky

It used to be called "scor tape" but that's a brand name. Now you just look for 1/8" double sided sticky tape and it should come right up for you.
