I prefer vMix Calls. I only wish it had a good working screen share function. The Beta was always buggy. Doesn't seem like they are working on it.

Not really. You still can't add virtual cameras in Vmix ie. you can't use the prezi virtual camera to pull in presentations. You also can't pull in Prism Live's/Lens virtual camera. OBS "Totally Free" does this with a breeze. And no one at vmix support can explain it. And I've been using vmix for over 5 yrs, spent money on the upgrades and I'm still using OBS. Can't make this stuff up. If virtual cameras are not in your workflow I guess this rant won't matter to you. I'll edit this comment if anyone knows anything that I don't about vmix and virtual cameras. Until then, I'm using OBS.

When you add the virtual camera, try setting your Video Format to YUY2 or a lower format - this can sometimes help with virtual cameras that don't support higher quality formats.

For 1080p you'll need Zoom Business or Enterprise.

We really really need a MacOS version of vMix, as a developer I understand the limitations and difficulties, but as a streamer I'm totally Mad because I am unable to use Windows today on the new Macs M-series 😢

Its wierd that Vmix charges for there product and still hasn't addressed this. OBS has been the way to go depending on your workflow.

RIP Zoom ISO (which was buggy as hell anyway). Also RIP vMix calls. Clients always preferred zoom.
