OBS has what are called 'scene transitions.' You can see the scene option down below, adjacent to sources. Without me giving an in depth explanation here, scenes are collections of sources. Rather than needing to fiddle with everything, you just do it all at once, and name the individual presets. Then, simply go to the next scene. Think of it like the preset seat adjustments in a car. Set it up one, then press the button for the person in the car. This video should get you started! It's centered towards gamers, but I found it to be informative and easy to follow.
