How to add/configure/test analog input module of PLC S7-300 SM 331-7KF02-0AB0 by using Simatic V5.6

Today I have one video for show and share about how to add/configure/test analog input module of PLC S7-300 SM 331-7KF02-0AB0 by using software Simatic Manager V5.6.
In this video everyone will understand about how to use software Simatic Manager V5.6 to add and configure the Analog input module of PLC S7-300 and testing with the real PLC with multimeter.

@@mehdibessaad3388 Dear sir, Because some configuration of channel not correct sir like selection hardware to voltage but configuration amp it will has some fault. But we can use it for other channels that we make correct configuration. Thanks!

I have a problem: I set the range from 0 to 100% for example, Why when I do the test if I put 0 as a value It gives me 3.5 mA and if I put 100 It gives me 17.5 mA on the tester. The only difference with your settings, Is that i set 2 wire configuration and not 4 wire.

Dear sir, First please check the configuration of hardware such as connections, power supply 24VDC? Second please check the scale setting of 2 wire and 4 wire of scaling block and test again. Thanks

Same analog configuration and it's used two wire thermocouple sensor at each 8 channel I'm facing SF singnal even having 24v supply at pin 1 and 20 Please is their anything else to check

Can i replace an AI module for a Running system? If I want to replace an AI module with a same new module in an Running system then what to do?

Dear sir, We cannot do it with running system. Please do it with stop system. Because it will effect to other modules or other machines during running. I'm not recommend to replace during running system. Safety first! Thanks you!

hello sir, thanks foe tour great videos ı have the same analog module ı had a temperature transmitter 2 wire 4-20ma output ı set everyting the same with you and ı wired m+ to my transmitter positive and m- to my transmitter negative ı saw 32767 value or -32767 İ am not sure what is the problem. ı saw when ı put a multimeter between analog card ma- pin and transmitter- pin ı saw 6ma value what is the problem what is my mistake
