I tried CRU, though my ASUS TUF A15 Supports the 4:3 1440 x 1080 144hz, on desktop, but when selecting it on CS2 or any game it freaks out, got any options?

maybe you can follow this tutorial to make the scaling work kzbin.info/www/bejne/aXXQfIGcba2ljqc if its not working, it means you should use other resolution.

Update: Turn’s out I had to turn off VRR from the Radeon Software and set GPU Scaling. Edit: Can verify 144hz work with 4:3 stretched.

man I set a lot of resolution on my pc but when I change the resolution in the game, game goes black screen. I have 60hz monitor and I have Intel Iris XE Graphics GPU. What should I do? Resolutions I set doesn't support my monitor. Did u have any options for mid, low-end monitors?

@@hevcoffee it should be supported, at cru just insert the Refresh rate column the same as your laptop refresh rate, or you can just copy the detailed resolution and paste it on your new add custom resolution, then just change the resolution as you want

hmm maybe you trying to change the first resolution? and dont edit the 1920x1080 144hz one, you can only change the hz to 1920x1080 120hz

maybe the resolution not supported by your monitor or you can try this tutorial to make the display scaling work : kzbin.info/www/bejne/aXXQfIGcba2ljqc i usually got black screen too in game, some resolution may be not work with your monitor

it means your monitor cant use that resolution, or you can edit your regedit like this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/aXXQfIGcba2ljqc for me, i should edit my regedit first before i can play it 4:3 or 5:4

For me the Disokay settings right when u want to apply the new resulotion after i use cru it becomes gray and wouldnt let me change my resulotion so ih have to go to safe mode and open device manager and uninstall my display adapter but yeah any fix? if i just restart it it would turn me a black@@gamingsurvival5633

You messed up my friend, you need to connect a tv or a monitor to your laptop to see your screen again.

try to boot on safe mode and fix those settings

you can restart your graphic driver by pressing Win + Ctrl + Shift + B On the keyboard, if you had problem with unsupported resolution sorry for the late reply

I've never had that problem before, maybe your screen not support the current resolution Or you can restart graphic driver by pressing Win + Ctrl + Shift + B On the keyboard, if you had problem with unsupported resolution
