I got mine through having a streamlabs prime subscription, I actually have a video on it that goes through all the things you get with the sub and if it would suite what you need ☺️

Hmmm maybe try setting them up and then closing streamlabs obs and then reopen it. I’ve had issues before where it just needs to to reopen and reset. Let me know if that works !
