Mapbox has some really great, well designed map styles that you can integrate directly into ArcGIS Pro. You'll need a free Mapbox account, but the integration is pretty straightforward.

Super legit. Thanks for the very helpful video. I grow weary trying to get the best details into my esri maps ... like the idea of options for basemaps! Solid, thanks.

Glad it helped! There's a lot of cool things you can do with the Mapbox basemaps.

Hi, this is great - but looks like some changes have taken place in both Mapbox and ArcGIS Pro. Option to connect to a server doesn't appear in the ArcGIS Pro catalogue and in Mapbox there are just a few custom designed maps available for adding to your own account....any tips appreciated.

Can you do this in ArcMap (ArcGIS Desktop)? Or is it only applicable to the ArcGIS Pro Version? I am using ArcMap 10.6 Is there any way for me to add in custom basemaps in my ArcMap? Am I really only left with the option of using the 9 default basemaps?

Hi Chris! Thanks for the tutorial. I'm having issues with my added maps from Mapbox. I'm building an address data management system using ArcGIS Pro. My imported maps from Mapbox are dull, low quality, in my ArcGIS Pro project (via following your steps). How do I go about solving this issue? Thanks!
