Didn't work for me. I followed all your steps (tho I couldn't paste into the command prompt so I had to type it by hand) and when I hit enter my phone just started to flicker. It turned off, then turned on with safe mode, I restarted it and the only thing that was changed was my background (which was a basic samsung one). I'm on a s22 Ultra btw
