Andrew had me do this with him. I picked up 7mph in 5 swings. 65 yrs old with one fake knee and the other bad. This works.

Excellent tip Andy about putting more "intent" into each drive! I think too often golfers get too lackadaisical in their approach to golf! I think my words would be "get the adrenalin flowing" in one's golf game! I think "age factor" sometime has something to do with it. A person automatically slows down as they age with their approach to their swing. They let their mind control their body! Your viewer Tom has the right approach as I hope I do! (85 years old with bad knees! ) :-) Well Done Andy!!!

Funny how a recent video form Bryson and Rick Shiels has put this concept into focus.

Learn to use your legs. Too many golfers look like statues, from the waist down. Learn to apply the brakes with your right foot on the backswing, and push off with your left foot through impact. Also, allow the knees to flex, and straighten. This gets your hips turning properly, instead of just spinning them.

Recently I've discovered that the lead knee (left for righties) should flex toward the target line on the back swing, not directly away from the target. It's improved my ball striking

314 yards - talk 'CARRY', your 314 could be 10 yards run out in the winter, and 50 yards in the summer, ego spoils the online coaching. Play at my course in December and demonstate a 314 drive?????????
