This is a great video although I wouldn’t call this technique a slur. I would call it a turn. Generally, a slur refers to playing consecutive notes in a smooth, connected manner, and is symbolized by a curved line over or under the notes. The music symbol for what you’re doing here is an ornate asterisk *
