How to Adjust a Cavity Sliding Door

I previously had no idea how to adjust a sliding door. I watched this video (twice) and have fixed my door perfectly. Thank you for the help.

Just dropped in to say I had a cavity sliding door issue. The door is designed exactly like the vid. Even had the little spanner! Needless to say I followed these instructions and the door is now fixed. Thank you!

Best and easiest instructions I've seen. Non-invasive an near invisible. All the others included cutting the plasterboard to get at the bolts.

Any tips on stopping it from rattling in the cavity, mainly does this when closed and the breeze comes through it rattles and can get rather annoying.

Can you adjust the door left/right at the top? I have a door that seems off centre and is rubbing on one side.

What about adjusting it forward or backwards? Our bathroom door has a recess that it should fit into when the door is closed door misses it by a few mm.

Hi Rodney sorry for late reply. You will need to check with your local hardware or door business - please note the spanner has a bend in it which helps you to access the nut. Good luck!

Thank for the video, I fixed my sliding door. The spanner was assembled on the top of the sliding door by the installer that I don't need to buy this tool.
