My mom got my dog one of those when he was 5 months old and the harness grew with him and hes still wearing it now at 2 years old. We almost broke our fingers adjusting the neck straps 😂

I’m having the same problem adjusting the neck my dog has gotten loose twice with this thing. He completely got his head out of it and ran into the street. I am sending it back I have tried a tried to adjust it but it’s not working.

@Rabbitgoo I agree, please consider redoing the video, slow down the strap adjustment footage, lose the music and replace with vocal instructions. It's too fast to watch and also read the subtitles. I've just purchased this, and the straps are tricky to easily adjust. (No need to direct me to your support email, just providing feedback)

Tightening the strap around the front of the chest would be by the back buckles, right? EDIT: Nope. Nothing I change tightens it around his chest. Front ring is completely unusable.

I am having the same problem with mine. I boughtit so I could attach the lead to the front ring but however I adjust it it just goes funny and my poor dog walk like he has a limp!!!!

One of the worst leashes to adjust. Just unbelievably fiddly and this video barely helps.
