Very informative video! I made bread yesterday and they fell. I'm at 7,200 ft. I can't wait to try this conversion. I'm excited to do the experiment! You did a great job teaching this! Thank you! From New Mexico

Great video, most detailed I’ve seen and particularly useful since I live at 7400’. I recently bought an Anova Precision Oven which allows me to control humidity and measure surface and core temperature. Any suggestions how I might use this to alter and improve baking recipes . Thanks again for the wonderful video.

Love this video. I just moved to Montrose from CA so this is very helpful. Do you have the convertions for an altitud of 5,000 ft we are T 5, 800 here trying to adjust my recipes. Couldn't find your sheet on Instagram 🤔

You mentioned a link to the chart for conversion and the original recipe. Can you please post these?

@@APNLodge I know several people that would be interested in this chart. If you are the originator, do you want to put your name and contact info on the sheet before I distribute? It would be great if it had your youtube channel so anybody that sees it can tune in. Just a thought. Mark.

Great video. Thank you. Regarding the HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING chart what percentages do I use at 9,800?Your chard only goes to 7500 ft. I found your video to be extremely helpful. Thank you. Sue Straughan

Hi Sue, Thanks for the question and for watching! It is the same as 7500 feet, although take your sugar, leavening, and fat down just a tiny bit more if you are seeing any inconsistencies in your product. - Whitney Armistead, Director of Hospitality and Culinary Services APN Lodge

@@APNLodge thank you so much. I’ve been able to bake bread without any adjustments. Which has been nice. However, I am no longer able to make my most favorite pound cake recipe. Maybe I’ll try your adjustment and see what happens. Do you happen to have a plain pound cake that works for you at altitude? Do you do mostly high altitude baking videos?
