My motorcycle turn on perfectly but does not move neither stall when I release the clutch. It's perfectly changing the gears in stationary position but it doesn't run when clutch released. What could be the problem?

1: make sure that carb is tuned and float height is adjusted between 10mm for euro 2 and 20mm for euro 1/or non euro model and airfilter is replaced at service interval 2: adjust clutch lever freeplay between 10mm - 20 mm on cold engine 3: check if the choke is left open . 4: check for engine idle rpm it should be between 1400-1600 rpm 5 : make sure that you have right air filter . euro 1 and euro 2 have different air filter and air filter housing

Today I found out that my Clutch Cable was broken then I got it replaced now my bike is moving forward in gear but the clutch is not fully disengaged. The clutch is still engaged and the bike doesn't have power it doesn't go beyond 20km/h in any gear. The gears are shifting properly but the clutch is still engaged. What should I do now?

Assalam o alaikum . Bhai meri honda bike 200 kms chal chuki hai. Sab kuch theek hai bas kabi kabi gear shifting kay doraan gear attak jata hai tak tak ki awaaz se bike run hoti hai matlab 1 second Kay liye tak tak ki awaaz aati hai. Aur 2nd gear mai kabi esa lagta hai jese bike neutral hogai hai. Matlab bike nai 3rd gear lagana par jata hai. Iska kya issue hai. Umeed krta hun kay aap meri baat samajh gaye hongay.

اسلام علیکم سر جی میرے پاس. = ھنڈا 70 CD = موٹرسائیکل 2005 ماڈل ہے وہ وابریشن کرتا ہے تقریباً 50 کے نزدیک جب میٹر کی سوئی پہنچتی ہے تو وابریشن شروع ہو جاتی ہے. چین گراری بھی نئی ڈالی ہے. کلچ پلیٹ بھی نئی ڈالی ہیں. رم بھی بلکل سیدھے ہیں نٹ بولڈ بھی صحیح ٹائٹ ہیں. پاؤں کی طرف پائیدان کی طرف وابریشن کرتا ہے. 1 = وابریشن کرنے کی کون کون سی وجہ ہو سکتی ہے. 2 = اور اس کا حل بھی بتا دیں شکریہ.

اسلام علیکم. میرے پاس Honda 70cc موٹرسائکل ہے میرے ساتھ ایک مسئلہ بار بار پیش آ رہا ہے. میں آپ سے اپنے مسلئے کی رہنمائی چاہتا ہو . کل میں نے جب آئل چینج کرنے کے لیے پہلے والا آئل نکالا تو اس میں چھوٹے چھوٹے ربڑ کے ریزے تھے. پھر میں نے وہی آئل کپڑے میں چھان کر دوبارہ ڈال دیا تھا. یہ ریزے ٹائمنگ چین کے ساتھ جو پلاسٹک کی گراریاں ہوتی ہیں ان کے ہیں. پچھلے 5 مہینے کے اندر یہ تیسری بار ایسا ہو رہا ہے پہلے بھی 2 بار ایسا ہو چکا ہے پورے انجن کی صفائی کروانی پڑی تھی . سمجھ نہیں آ رہی ایسا کیوں بار بار ہو رہا ہے. آپ میری رہنمائی فرما دے میں آپ کا بہت شکر گزار ہوں گا جزاک اللہ.

اسلام علیکم استاد محترم . ہنڈا 70 CD کافی دنوں سے بند کھڑا ہے وہ چلتے چلتے بند ہو جاتا تھا پھر میں نے کھڑا کر دیا تھا پیسے نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے کسی مکینک کے پاس نہیں لے کر جا سکا آج میں نے موٹرسائیکل کو اسٹارٹ کیا تھا 10 منٹ تک ٹھیک اسٹارٹ رہا پھر میں نے ریس بھی دی تھی پھر بھی ٹھیک تھا جب موٹرسائیکل گرم ہو گیا تھا پھر تھوڑی سی بھی ریس دیتا تو بند ہونے پہ آ جاتا تھا پھر ریس کو کم کرتا تو پھر ٹھیک ہوتا تھا یہ کیا وجہ ہو سکتی ہے کئی دفعہ بند بھی ہوا ہے ریس دینے پر
