How to Adjust Speed on Marantec Synergy 370

This video will show you how to adjust the speed on a Marantec Synergy 370 Garage Door Opener. The 370 is the only Marantec operator that will go this fast. You can follow the same steps on the 200 series or 380 to slow down operator even more.

Question, mine has a constant frequent pulsating sound. Like a knocking sound. When you put your hand on the unit you can feel it also. This is just when the unit is standby for a bit. Do your units also have this? Is this normal?

So the 370 is the only one that has this? Or do they just all program different

just the 370. the other ones can be slowed down more i believe.

i’m not sure why it would be blocked; here’s the steps Push and hold P for 10 seconds to go into advanced programming. It will count up and go to basic programming for limits and when it gets there it will bring up the number rainbow. Now the line on the outside of the numbers is the "level" the line on the inside of the numbers is the "menu". Push + to go up - to go down. Once in the advanced programming go to level 6 and Push P. Then go to menu 1 and Push P. You have options 5-16, 5 the slowest and 16 the fastest. 12 is the factory default setting. Once you select the desired speed, Push P to save. To adjust closing speed, level 6, menu 4. And same numbers, same steps. Push and hold P after all settings have been saved for 5 seconds to exit advanced programming

hey Garage Door Openers, i just checked which garage door was founded first, and it was the marantec garage door opener. Precision Door Openers have permission to actually sell Marantec extras 370’s . Found out yesterday.

I’m probably guessing that Marantec gave permission to Precision to sell the exact same models (370, 380, 270, 280.) Do you think that this is okay or not?
