I'm 210 without gear and gotta say mine feels pretty good with the orange spring, I've tightened up my rebound/comp screws a little and it feels good, what I haven't done is put a zip tie on the lower shock leg to see how far I'm traveling downward, might end up on the firmer springs but right now, it's not bad at all. This video helped with adjustment, I really appreciate it!

Can't wait to hear ur choice- this vs t4 pro. I want a small wheel for spur of the moment exploration. If I'm on a trip, I don't want to add the luggage carrier just to accommodate my wheel.

Im surprised a corporation would want the end user average Joe going through that much dis-assembly and entering the high voltage compartment etc. to adjust suspension. Admittedly it isn't something you should ever have to do more than once in a great while. I really like the construction quality Begode put into this wheel all said.....

Great looking wheel too with the foot plates a good amount of height from the ground. When you opened the cover I was expecting a ball of wires but its super sleek and well orginised. Very impressive. I am about the same height as you and 75kg with kit on about 80. Looking better and better. The price is just getting me as its about £600 less than the S16. Keep well and enjoy the riding.

Definitely one of Begode's cleanest designs yet. Very organized. It's not the cheapest but it's a very nice compact design, compared to the S16, V14, etc.

Thanks Marty- I’m sharing the wheel with my wife so it may be a little difficult to find that happy medium as we have a significant weight difference. It makes sense that they had to enclose the knobs to achieve water resistance.

Weather proofing is one consideration but I think the primary difficulty is fitting a suspension on such a tiny wheel. They were limited with what could be done

Hello! Maybe someone knows which company produces the shock absorbers that are on the Falcon. Maybe there are analogues? I need to know if the shock absorber breaks, where I can buy it and how much it will cost.

i think the black coil will be for riders like me that are above 200 pounds with gear...you should be fine on orange on the highest level...

Why doesn't Begode use this suspension design on their other wheels? Do you think it would work?

Their sister company, Extreme Bull, uses this type of suspension. The Falcon suspension would be too lightweight for their bigger wheels.

2.9 lbs the pair according to 2cells1pack. Less than half that of Fastace/Leaperkim. But you'd think it would be scalable. Perhaps for a T4.

How about the maximum speed, can it be locked to 25 km/h, the highest allowed speed in my country? Just slowing down while riding doesn’t cut it where I live.

The top speed can be set in the app, but it's not really "locked". Anyone with the app can change it.

The amount of disassembly to change the compression and rebound is disappointing. It sounds like the same as the dnm shocks, where if I go full it locks out and I always need to go one notch out. Also means no on the fly adjustability, but that is expected of a dual shock suspension Should be great for light off-road duty.

2:30 I can hear the cops coming to charge Begode for ‘crimes against personal electric transportation’ - that looks a bit like a ‘dollar store’ Patton as far as suspension and mobo protection is concerned, still, it may be priced accordingly. A chacun son goût! 🖐🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
