Very helpful video. Thank you. If I might make a suggestion, I think it might be good to change your video title. I skipped over this thumbnail several times because I thought it was about replacing the shocks with some after market shocks…something I have no interest in doing. Maybe change your title to something like Begode Blitz Shock Adjustment Options.

Like you, I enjoy holding a handle on the front. Not for security, but it helps me feel more connected to the wheel because I can feel what it's doing and the terrain through my hand.

Speaking of the ET Max, the Kingsong F22 Pro just became the most powerful EUC on the market. The ET Max is now 2nd place 176.4 Volts 5500 Watt motor - 12000 Peak Watt Motor 3108 Watt Hours Battery Whether nor not they allow the riders to utilize that power is another story...But the power is there

Perhaps there IS a reason for the spacer? Perhaps it’s safer that the spacer takes the trauma of big jumps vs directly to the wheel mount bolts? 🤔💁🏼‍♂️
@ElectricUnicycles
@ElectricUnicycles Күн бұрын
That is certainly not the reason. It most likely is for lowered pedal height

The sad matter is, the Blitz ships with 85mm of useable travel. When the frame meets the frame. And when you remove the stopper like you showed in the video it bring its to 107mm of useable travel. a far fetch from the spec sheets that the manufacture lists. how Begode can call the blitz a 100-130 baffles me. I guess its no different to wheel speed vs gps speed the % of variances forever grow with each release.

The racers that I know say it rides better with the higher suspension. So it's a mystery.

Why does Begode refuse to use a hydraulic suspension like Leaperkim? 🤔

What do you mean? The blitz uses an air shock, literally shown in this video. The DS200-65A is hydropneumatic unit with adjustable pressure in both the air spring and the damping circuit.

The wheel becomes tall and unstable as the Lynx because the weight shifts up. Good clearance and travel for an off-road use, but not as good for the streets. I’ve tried a full travel for two days and I didn’t like it at all
@kunof2074
@kunof2074 2 күн бұрын
if they just wanted more profit, they could have just not included a whole block as an extra piece of metal as well as an extra machined hole for suspension adjustments. They probably had the lower setting more more stability when racing and the higher one for everyone who's going to be more multipurpose with their wheel

Interesting technique with pushing the self-stick in front and using that to let people know you are there. There were several times when the camera was looking forward and I just assumed it was directly along your path and it looked like you were going to run over peoples fishing poles or peddle clip. Exactly like you felt like you needed to duck under parking structure, I felt myself clinching when you had camera over the railing of pier. And it appears Marty is an international ambassador to the EUC community. Enjoyable perspective to have the stick straight up, almost seems like drone footage. At the Santa Monica pier Olivier made the comment that the wheel allows the ability to get to the areas with ease. Also got a chuckle at the very end.... you can tell he is a watcher of your videos because he said "safe riding" along with you on the sign off.
