I got a Phillips screwdriver down in there and it wouldn't turn it. I just used an 8mm wrench on the plastic nut and it was pretty easy.

Are the black boxes lined up on the left and right headlight or is one slightly lower than the other? I had the dealership adjust mine before I drove off but it looks like the driver side headlight is angled lower than the passenger side. I’m tempted to raise it so the boxes are at the same level.

Thank you for posting this! I am so sick of getting flashed by oncoming traffic lol. Did you ever have to end up lowering them anymore or was 2 full turns enough?

I initially tried 5 full turns pf the screwdriver and it was too low so I raised it back up 3 turns. I haven't been flashed at since I adjusted it months ago. Obviously, not every car is going to be the same. If not already, check the tire pressure also since it tends to be about 10 psi too high for shipment.

hmm weird I actually feel like the headlights are so low even on high and I still feel i cant see anything lol

Then you would want to adjust them up.
