One of the most helpful videos I have seen re. flowwrapper. I adjusted the angle on the front area today (where film enters. I had it TOO sharp. It feels less stress on the packaging film now.... The reason I am fiddling with it is because I continually get tearing along the end-seal, and have believed that the film has too much resistance. When I undo the pulley wheels after, i can hear the tension release.. It would be good if you could do a video on end-seal cutter speed adjustment (and why I should/should not do that adjustment. Right now I can only get speed to 35/min, so VERY slow. Any faster and it tears even more frequently.

i have a like of this machine that am working on for few days now, it is used to pack Bar Soap, the machine cut product most of the time, it doesnt have unique cutting, have done all the necessary adjustment, mark sensor to confirm that is it functioning, tension of the infeed chains that i noticed was sagged, Knife cutting adjustment, base on your experience, please do you have any idea what could be the cause of this issue.
