How to adjust the walking foot height [TUTORIAL]

This video explains how to adjust the height of the feet on a walking foot industrial sewing machine. I used a Juki LU-562 for the example. If you have anything that you think could improve the info in the video, please add it in the comments section.

From what I've read, with the thread take up lever in the highest position, the bottom of the presser foot (the foot the needle goes through) should be level with the top of the walking/feeding foot or slightly below the top of the walking/feeding foot.
