I thought the toe should NOT be equal??.. Isn't the front supposed to be a bit narrower vs the rear side of the tire ? Just asking my Polaris 6x6 is all over the place after new balls ,bearings and tires Thank you .

You are correct..Make sure you're steering wheel is straight. Adjust so you get the same measurement on the front side & back side of the tires. Then set your toe in about a 1/4 inch on the front side of your tires.. Basically 1/8 each tire.

@@churchillsghost3944 interesting because I was reading on several RZR forums that you want toe OUT on the front, about 1/4". I guess it depends mostly on the type of riding. OUT for faster speeds, and IN for slower, more technical stuff (seemed to be the consensus). Not sure how much that tiny amount will actually be noticed though...

I centered my steering rack and toe measurements are good but one of my tie rods is longer than the other. Is this okay?

No not ok .

You do not take those measurements that high .. Take them lower than that .about 4 to 6 inches from the floor.
