Thank you for this! Change, no matter how bad or good it will be, is just an opportunity to learn and grow. Too much time and energy should not be wasted in agonizing about unstoppable changes. Instead, choose to look more into oneself... into one's thoughts and beliefs and ask what can I improve on oneself so that I let the change teach me something.
