I had one shoe where it bothered me for a long time up top where the adjustment is. I use the adjustment hook to move the toe strap further towards the small toe to remove pressure at the top. Each shoe is adjusted different for optimum foot comfort. Once I finally figured this out I can walk 10 miles a day everyday and not have sore feet. Be patient and try different loops to get it dialed in. Once you find the sweet spot you will love them.

You can stick your second toe through gap between the two toe straps for a different look/feel. Discovered that by accident.

Just got these. I really like them, but they’re hurting me between my big and 2nd toe. Any pro adjustment tips would be appreciated.

I only got mine a few days ago, but the owner of the outfitter told me he used the side adjust hook strap to move the toe strap so it angles more towards the side.
