Könnt ihr mal ein Video machen wie man korrekt den Vorbau einem Canyon mit dem Wedge system höher oder tiefer macht? Ich denke da zerschiessen sich viele den Gabelschaft. Vor allem wenn ganz oben geklemmt wird ohne material hinter der obersten Schraube.

Anyone has experienced the issue with the difficulty to rotate the handlebar after tightening the headset with that tool for removal of any play in headset? After tightening the headser. I cannot rotate the handlebar to further tighten the remains bolt with T25 ! Thanks in advance for any idea

@@zp1899poor assembly grease and very tightened headset! No support from Canyon despite of promises given in every mail , moving my request from one person to another! On top of that one of the guys from tech support center asked me to make pictures of handlebar… dismantled! I asked him how he could possible take the handlebar out without disconnecting brake cables from the levers??? He dissapeared and forwarded my request to another person who in their turn moved me to other person forcing me to request return! Meanwhile, one of the LBS figured out the problem and greased properly the bearings and inside headtube plus tightening the headset only to the point to have removed any play! I was dissapointed! Not the quality of bike or services as expected for almost 7000 eur

You can only turn the handlebar when everything is loose. The point of the tool is to compress everything so there is no movement

Also you should never loosen a bolt with a torque wrench its bad for calibration. Rookie.

This. Absurd complication and inflexibility for an endurance bike. Nothing standard fits to that handlebar: no computer mount, no light, no bell, no aerobars. Are marginal aero gains worth it?

Nobody forced you to buy it. If you didn't know what you were buying, it's your fault. Canyon has a generous return policy, you could a sent it back. Now stop the fooking crying!

Also worth mentioning the integrated cockpit coms with CF SLX (starting price 3.699 €) and CFR (9.499 €+) models, while those for the usual folk - alu and CF - have the usual stem.

@@user-cx2bk6pm2f i dont think itsreally crying as much as its pointing out the fact that these integrated systems are pretty useless compared to what existed before it. They are very inflexible and the supposed gains you would get with it are marginal at best. Probably not even marginal.
