I need to replace mine but not sure on the color stripe, what is the differences in color? My car is stock '69, 302 C-4 automatic 3-speed. Do i need white, blue, or green stripe?

I wish my transmission was that clean. Lol. Would this cause hard shifting also? Or just shift timing? Great video sir!! Thanks for sharing.

Well, I certainly don't think transmissions are my strong suit, but I think this is mostly a shift timing thing. Could it cause a hard shift? Possibly, but I would be inclined to think that is likely something else.

My mustang is shifting at 3000-3500 rpm, which is high. Does this adjustment allow your transmission to start shifting around 1800-2200 rpm’s?

My inline 6 . Shifts good for a while at first . But maybe after 30 min of driving, on a stop it doesn’t go back to first gear not sure if it stays in second or 3rd. So I have to manually shift it. I think it’s the modulator? Or bad oil?

Modulator turn youre screw all the way till it stays in first then back off untill it shift through all gears and then fine tune

Would you know about what speed 2nd gear shifts into and what speed 3rd gear shifts into . Love your mustang videos. I learned a lot about stuff I thought I knew from your channel

Well when it shifts also depends on how much throttle you're giving it. If you're full throttle, it will hold onto each gear longer. Now when you're just driving normal and accelerating lightly, I like my cars to shift into second around 20 mph and third around 35 mph. That's probably more of a preference thing vs where it's supposed to be.
