Only half of my interviews were over Zoom. Several schools give you the choice now, but I highly recommend visiting whenever possible.

Is there any data available or recommendations as to how much money to save for interview season? Like, an average amount? I understand that the number of factors come into play when calculating the cost, but I just wanted to ask.

I have an upcoming appointment with a cardiologist but am afraid they will talk too technically to where I can’t understand what they are saying with all their medical jargon. What tips do you have for impactful communication with my doctor so I can understand what’s going on and make the best choices possible for my health? Thanks!

I do not think that just applying to medical school being so expensive is fair because it puts students who come from low sos backgrounds at a disadvantadge. Not doing interviews on the computer also puts students who cannot drive or travel due to a disability at a disadavantage as well and that is also not fair.

Do you also need to pay for the Match? I'm planning on Grad School for GC. And need to do Match. I'm staying in state so don't need to worry about financial traveling. My friend is in a program at one of my top choices (but she's in the doctoral program for HG instead of GC) and so I may try to stay with her ( because although in state I want to move half a hour away).

I was given a brain cat scan a year ago for nothing out of malpractice and then the doctor said I don’t know why you were given a brain cat scan. I went in for gas in the stomach and got a brain cat scan smh. After the scan I started having foamy urine to this day, dark spots appearing on left foot, toe pain, flank pain and pain in the kidneys in the back that comes and goes, burning in stomach, frequent urination and much more. I went to a urologist and I got a kidney ultrasound and it came back normal, urine test and it was also normal, no protein but I still have foamy urine for a year now, flank pain and toe pain. What should I do?
