Hey no problem :) is not about strenght bro, u dont need strenght to learn airflare.. is all about coordination.. I suggest you to follow ALL the steps in this tutorial and learn the suggested moves aswell, and also master the airfreeze/L-kick/powerfreeze on both arms, and also handhops on both arms.. it will help you a lot to get more control in the airflare! also the invert can help you a lot, because of flexibiliy..

@BboyBlazes u have to hold handstand very long, u have to acquire a very good control on your hands, so if you can handhops, handstands, blowups and other tricks and freezes, airflare will be much easier... swipe is not necessary for airflare, but is really really helpfull because the arms moviment is the same, so if u can do swipe u already know how to use your arms in airflare... so i recommend to learn it before... sorry for my english xD peace!

thank you so much! :) yes you can start with airflare! but maybe its even better if you improve your flare first, like 10 rounds, and if you do some combos like swipe to flare to swipe.. and also train a lot handhops and powerfreezes on both arms, this will help u to improve your control a lot

yes, I also know handhops, halos and 3-4 rounds of elbowtracks before to learn airflare..this help me a lot :)

if u have all this it takes not so much, but I cant say... depends from people to people... for someone could takes long even with the prerequisites, for some others could take only few days or week...

@bboyelastic13 airflare to swipe.... if u can airflare to swipe u can also 2 airflares, but u should learn also airflare to windmill and airflare to flare before to practice 2 airflares

heey! mmm I think it will takes very long if u dont have any other powermoves experience.. but if you first learn some basic moves like swipes, some flares, windmills and tricks like handhops, powerfreezes on both arms you will learn it faster!

@Xkmn hey! if u can this moves is very good! handstand is very importand to get confidence on the arms.. all the things on your hands are important for get the control of your airflare... 1990, 2000, handhops and invert can be helpfull too! Peace!

you have to throw after the 5th step. first u have to swing your foot close to the ground, then, while your foot/leg is kicking up u have to throw :)

@NakedCodes depends... if u already can do the preliminary moves and u train costantly, yes about 1 month... if u can't the preliminary moves airflares seem very hard and u need much more time, maybe 6 months or more than 1 year... if u can't preliminary moves and if u don't train costantly maybe u'll never learn airflare, or it takes a long time...

you are welcome :) your chest should rotate before the jump, so before you launch your arm.. and your hips should push up at the same time with your legs and your arm :)

funny....been there...done that...all those exercises.....i remember doing those years ago......funny thing was i had no one to teach me...i had to watch videos over n over again and try to figure out little exercises to help me.....lucky kids these days gets airflare tutorials :P

hey! yes I think planche can help u a lot for airflares :) but is even better if u learn handstand and also some airfreezes on both arms :)

If you know swipe before learning airflare, airflare will be much easier to learn! :) If u cant swipe, u can still learn airflare but will take more time and it will be harder :) the more basics you have, the more easier and faster will be the learning of airflare :P (sorry for my bad english)

hey! between my arms or at the ground? isnt it the same? anyway I dont know what I look haha, I never thought about that, I receive many questions like this, where to watch, but I think it doesnt matter, the only thing to focus on are: legs, arms, hips :)

Dope! :) ..I'm glad for this!! Make sure to master all the basics before to train airflare... like swipes, flares, windmills, handhops (on both arms is the best)... and also some good powerfreezes and airfreezes :)

to improve the speed of your powermoves u have just to kick and push stronger... elbowtrack is harder than airflare

powerfreeze is kinda like L-kick / air freeze :) maybe u have to kick your legs higher.. just focus on your legs movement

I definitely agree with miraienator. These tutorials are bomb and having one for those 1 hand hops would be so awesome, but take care of your other stuff first obviously! Love your videos man!!

It's better if you learn swipes, flare and handhops first, but you can also learn it without this move, but I suggest you to practice basics moves before :) è meglio se impari prima swipes, flare e handhops, ma puoi anche impararlo senza sapere queste moves, ma ti consiglio di allenare queste moves prima :) se meio se te impari prima swipes, flare e handhops, ma te lo pol anche imparar senza saver ste moves, ma te consiglio de alenar ste moves prima :)

depends... usually right handed go clockwise, but is not indispensable

@iKenKnee hhee if u cant flares, windmills, swipes and handstands, the airflare will be very very hard for you... you should learn a good handstand first... then swipes and flares ...

Cool!!! :) before to practice it make sure to master powerfreezes on both sides (them are really really helpfull for the airflare control), some handhops and swipe! :)

@bboyhusky10 not much :) just practice! try to do 2 airflares to flare and try a lot of airflare in your combos! in some weeks u will learn more rounds! keep it up

@mike7ran mmm yes..halos can help you! because the movement of the legs in the halos are very similar to airflare movement!

@jeangu2002 1 round of elbow airflare is easier than 1 round of airflare... but more rounds of elbow airflare are harder than more rounds of airflare... is harder to control

hey! devi solo concentrarti a tenerle dritte :) ..non c'è altro modo.. ti consiglio di fare molto stretching, ti aiuta sicuramente.. ma l'airflare è tutta questione di coordinazione, bisogna concentrarsi bene su ogni parte del corpo.. magari tu ora concentrati solo sulle gambe, appena riuscirai a tenerle tese concentrati su qualcos'altro, come il bacino o le braccia..

maybe u start to high... when u start your legs should be low (not so low, but not high) ...almost like if u are going to do a swipe...

not "perfect" at all but I think u should control it more, 15 seconds is not enough.. also get conforable with some legs variations and some one hand handhops on both arms

@morzdgreat ...some days i learn 1 round to flare...then for 1 year i practiced just 1 round in some power combos, after 1 year i started to practice more rounds and i learn 3 rounds in 2 months, 5 rounds in 3 months...

@503bboyunknown maybe u have to kick higher... before to practice 2 rounds make sure that u can combo 1 round with windmill, flare and swipe

Ahhh those songs bring back memories. LOL so basically I have to learn to do every other powermove well before I can airflare lol. Well that makes sense honestly. Now you have to make a tutorial in Italian for all your boys at home lol. By the way I love the fact that you were shooting the tutorial in what looked like a shopping mall. I'm sure people don't see that everyday. Sadly I can't even windmill or flare yet so it will be a while befor I can do this :(

Hey, I've got a question. I can't handstand worth flying crap, but I can planche, which is pretty much like a handstand but your body is symmetrical with the ground, and your feet do no touching. More of a brute strength exercise than a balance technique, but in the process of trying to handstand, would a planche be helpful to doing air flares?

1 round in some days... but I learn it because of my swipe, before to practice airflare, if u already know swipe u can learn airflare faster

@bugninja80 yeah i like this songs very much xD ...yes..airflare is hard to learn and it take a lot of time, but if u already can the other moves u will learn airflares much faster. windmill is really easy, i'm sure u will learn it in not long time.. Peace =)

Airtrack, its litterally in a verticall position. Airflare, its looks like a swipe, but without touching the ground, When someone do a Airflare he open more his hands. Sorry, my english isnt good, so i hope you understand what i say. Peace

hey! maybe because some like more high airflares and some others like more low airflares.. or maybe because for some people is easier to learn high airflare and for some others low airflare is easier... each person is different so each airflare is different :)
