Much better they look great. I like it. It’s pretty much trouble free. It will also eat some big wind rows without balling up. I have a couple videos on it.

Not really familiar with the 654 Maybe an issue with the slicer? Did you check an make sure the actuator running the slicer is working?

@@4MRanch I saw that it works when I push the grid a little. so I have to constantly get out of the tractor and push it in with each bale

Which way creates a denser bale? Higher pressure makes it denser or less dense?

Yes high pressure. I run at 1850

@@4MRanch thanks for the info. I think ours was around that last I checked. We are baling Bahia. It’s a new to me baler so I’m working through getting the pressure right and the timing right to auto tie. I have been having to do it manual so far but I think next cut I will have it all times and working good. Fingers crossed.

Цилиндр плотности тюка имеет регулировку предохранительного клапана. Более плотная настройка клапана = более высокое давление. Рекомендации по давлению приведены в руководстве оператора. Наиболее распространенной проблемой при длительном использовании или старых пресс-подборщиках является утечка через поршневые уплотнения цилиндра плотности или со временем в систему попадает воздух. Шаг 1 - зарядить гидравлическую систему плотности. Шаг 2 - повторно упаковать баллон для измерения плотности, если манометр заметно падает во время наматывания шпагата.

Прямо у основания цилиндра плотности находится большая черная ручка с фиксатором. Ослабьте фиксирующую планку, поверните ручку
