what I can't find anywhere--how to replace an inswing unit with an outswing unit-- on an 8" block wall. (plus furring and drywall = 9 inches) How will that work out with the finish jamb, interior trim and ceramic floor tile?

Wat a rubbish job on the bottom shoe bolt securing plate,surely that was not the proper plate for the bottom of the door
